Meet the New Heralds of Galactus from Across the Multiverse in the Planet-Sized 'What If… Galactus' Preview

The Silver Surfer is the most famous of Galactus’ Heralds, but what if the Devourer of Worlds picked someone else for the job? What If… Galactus transformed Rogue, Gambit, Moon Knight, Hulk, or Ghost-Spider into one of his heralds? The Multiverse is limitless and the answer to these questions lie in the upcoming WHAT IF… GALACTUS one-shots hitting comic stands this January.

In WHAT IF…GALACTUS: GALACTUS TRANSFORMED ROGUE by Ann Nocenti and Stephen Byrne, the X-Men leader finds Silver Surfer crashed on Earth. Using her mutant abilities, Rogue absorbs his cosmic powers and undergoes a transformation. Meanwhile, in another timeline, Rogue's card-dealing partner is also selected as a Herald. However, Gambit's reluctance to embrace this role unleashes the wrath of his new master in WHAT IF…GALACTUS: GALACTUS TRANSFORMED GAMBIT by Josh Trujillo and Manuel Garcia.

Elsewhere in the Multiverse, Galactus slays Khonshu. What does that mean for Marc Spector? He now falls under the stewardship of the Devourer of Worlds in WHAT IF...GALACTUS: GALACTUS TRANSFORMED MOON KNIGHT written by Alex Segura, with art by Scot Eaton and Cam Smith. In WHAT IF...GALACTUS: GALACTUS TRANSFORMED HULK by Mat Groom and Lan Medina, Bruce Banner's new cosmic job puts him at odds with his former Avengers teammate, Iron Man, in an all-out brawl. 

Across realities, a cosmically charged Gwen Stacy flies for the first time. Ghost-Spider takes a dragon head on in WHAT IF…GALACTUS: GALACTUS TRANSFORMED SPIDER-GWEN by Kalinda Vazquez and Daniel Picciotto.
