The woman known only as Fantasma was recruited years ago by the R.E.S.C., she served as a Soviet Super-Solider for a while, and as a member of both the the People's Protectorate and the Winter Guard, battling beside the likes of Captain America, the Avengers and Alpha Flight. Fantasma has also found herself pitted against the Hulk and the Pantheon. For a short period of time Fantasma's whereabouts were unknown until she resurfaced, with no memory of where she had been, although, she shared with Dmitri that someone would soon bring death to them all.
