Biography
The Possessor was the blind member of a group known as the Elders of the Universe. He possessed an ancient alien mystical artifact known as the Runestaff. The staff was of unknown origin and capable of manipulating the life force of living beings. The Possessor was attacked by the Olympian God Hercules and the Asgardian Lady Sif. They stole the Runestaff from the Possessor to restore the dying Jane Foster, by using the staff to fuse Jane's body to Sif's life force.
