Here’s all the Marvel moments from NYCC 2024 — featuring comics, games, and some exciting special guests!

Marvel took over New York Comic Con 2024!

This year’s NYCC featured a whole host of Marvel news and surprises, stretching across comics, games, TV, and more. From the fan-favorite Women of Marvel panel to surprise appearances by Daredevil: Born Again stars Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio, this year’s con was one to remember!

Here, we break down all the biggest Marvel highlights of the weekend.

DAY 1: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2024

This is it, True Believers! Marvel kicked off NYCC with the biggest comics panel of the weekend. Editor in Chief C.B. Cebulski, VP & Executive Editor Tom Brevoort, VP of Digital Media & Creative Strategy Ryan Penagos (aka Agent M), and other Marvel guests joined writer Ryan North (FANTASTIC FOUR), Stephanie Phillips (PHOENIXSPIDER-GWEN: THE GHOST-SPIDER), and Chris Condon to give fans a glimpse into the future of your favorite heroes.


Fans also gathered at the Marvel booth for the Marvel 85th Anniversary Cosplay Meet-Up. Check out some of the amazing costumes in the video below!

DAY 2: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2024

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is swinging on to PC! The latest entry in the critically acclaimed Marvel’s Spider-Man franchise will arrive on PC on January 30, 2025, via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The Marvel booth also hosted a Spider-Verse cosplay meet-up on Friday, where Venom: The Last Dance star Tom Hardy took the stage to surprise fans!

DAY 3: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2024

During the Marvel Fanfare panel, Marvel masters collided in an unprecedented meeting of page and screen. Marvel Comics Editor in Chief C.B. Cebulski was joined by comic legend Frank Miller, acclaimed writer Charles Soule, and superstar artist Steve McNiven for a wide-ranging conversation.

During the panel, Cebulski announced that Soule and McNiven will reunite for DAREDEVIL: COLD DAY IN HELL, an epic new limited series launching in April 2025!

And as a special surprise, Daredevil: Born Again stars Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio took the stage to close out the panel. Greeted by cheering fans, the two stars revealed that the upcoming Marvel Television show will premiere March 4, 2025 on Disney+.

Later, Cox and D’Onofrio surprised fans again by crashing the official Marvel Cosplay Competition! (See more photos in the gallery below.)

DAY 4: SUNDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2024

Marvel closed out the final day of NYCC 2024 with a whirlwind of panels — beginning with Marvel Studios’ Head of Visual Development Ryan Meinerding, who took fans behind the scenes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and shared a sneak peek of his book The Art of Ryan Meinerding.

The fan-favorite Women of Marvel panel also returned to NYCC, featuring editor Sarah Brunstad and writers Erica Schultz, MacKenzie Cadenhead, and Stephanie Phillips, who assembled to talk about Marvel’s legacy and tease some exciting upcoming projects.

  • During the panel, Brunstad and Phillips revealed this year’s Women of Marvel one-shot: WOMEN OF MARVEL: SHE-DEVILS #1, following Marvel’s street-level heroines as they break out of the shadows in a fight for the record books.  
  • Cadenhead also announced the five-issue limited series DOOM ACADEMY, launching in February as a tie-in to ONE WORLD UNDER DOOM.


Marvel closed out Sunday with the Marvel Comics: Spider-Man and his Venomous Friends panel, teasing what’s next for Spider-ManVenom, and the entire Spider-Verse! Executive Editor Nick Lowe and writer Joe Kelly debuted the all-new AMAZING SPIDER-MAN "8 Deaths of Spider-Man" trailer, which kicks off in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #61 on November 13.  Watch the trailer below!

Senior Editor Jordan D. White, current VENOM scribe Al Ewing, and New York Times best-selling author Charles Soule also revealed the future of Symbiote storytelling, giving fans a first look at ALL-NEW VENOM and the announcement of the second symbiote ongoing series spinning out of VENOM WAREDDIE BROCK: CARNAGE!
